FROM INTERSTATE 285
Take the U.S. Highway 78 West exit (#39A). Turn left at the second traffic light, which is DeKalb Industrial Way, and right onto North Decatur Road. The DeKalb Medical Center campus is one-quarter mile on the left.
FROM DOWNTOWN ATLANTA
From 10th Street, turn onto Peachtree Street traveling South. Travel south on Peachtree Street for approximately 1 mile. From Peachtree Street, turn left onto Ponce de Leon Avenue/U.S. Highway 29/78/278. Travel east on Ponce de Leon Avenue for approximately 4.2 miles. From Ponce de Leon Avenue, turn left onto Scott Boulevard/U.S. Highway 23. Travel on Scott Boulevard for approximately 2 miles. From Scott Boulevard, turn right onto North Decatur Road. Travel on North Decatur Road for approximately half a mile to the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street. DeKalb Medical Center is located on the right, just past the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street.

Parking
For visits to the 5910 or 5900 office buildings (doctor's offices), physical therapy, the outpatient lab, or mammography services, please park on the side of the hospital facing Hillandale Drive.
For visits to the emergency department or imaging services, or if you are visiting someone in the hospital, please park on the side of the hospital facing Snapfinger Woods Drive.

Long-term Acute Care (LTAC) for those who need additional time to recover from a serious illness, including respiratory conditions, severe wounds, infections and more. Rehabilitation also is available for those needing these services prior to going home.
Outpatient surgery for eye, foot and plastic surgery procedures.
Our LTAC team is led by board-certified pulmonologists, who are assisted by other physician specialists as needed. Our innovative Patient Ambassadors program offers enhanced customer service by assigning each patient and family a designated contact.

Parking
Parking is free at the First United Methodist Church on Candler Street across from the hospital. However, to park there you will need a parking pass, which can be obtained at the front desk on the second floor. Please note the signs in the lot directing you where to park (first five rows).
You may also park in the parking deck. However, because it is not owned or operated by the hospital, you will have to pay to park there. Handicap parking is available in the deck, but please have your permit visible. For handicap parking only, your parking ticket may be validated at the front desk on the second floor.
The doors on the ground floor entrance (Candler Street) are locked from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. daily and on weekends for security reasons. Please enter the facility at the front door during those times.
